1. Survey and needs analysis Every job starts with measurement. The condition of the walls, the age of the plumbing, the slope of wet areas — we answer these questions on site during the free survey.

2. Budget and schedule Itemized pricing: demolition, plumbing, electrics, drywall, tiling, paint, parquet. Keep at least 15-20% of the budget for surprises (in older buildings they always appear).

3. Planning Which room comes first? The kitchen module, the bathroom drain points, the living-room lighting plan... If you will stay at home during the works, a zoned work plan is essential.

4. Demolition and preparation Old finishes, cabinets and pipes are removed; skip disposal is arranged. A clean site is a fast site.
